These terms apply when you buy from Straight Mayhem. Placing an order means you accept them.

What we make

We print custom artwork on golf balls and golf accessories, in-house on a UV printer. Every order is made to order. There is a one dozen minimum on golf balls.

Your artwork, and your promise about it

The artwork you upload stays yours. We don't sell it, license it, or use it in our own marketing without asking you first.

By uploading artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it won't infringe anyone else's trademark, copyright or other rights. We can't check who owns a logo, so we rely on you here. If a rights holder comes after us over artwork you supplied, you agree to cover us for that.

We may decline to print anything we believe infringes someone's rights, or anything we simply don't want our name on. If we decline, we'll refund you in full.

Where your artwork is stored

Uploaded artwork is stored on Cloudflare's servers so we can print it, send you a proof, and reprint it if you reorder. Each file sits at its own long, unguessable web address. That address isn't published anywhere and search engines don't index it, but it is not password protected — anyone you forward the link to can open it. If you'd like your artwork deleted, email us.

Proofs and approval

We email you a free digital proof before anything is printed, and we don't start printing until you approve it. Approving the proof is the point of no return. Check the spelling, the dates, the names and the artwork carefully, because once you approve, what's on the proof is what gets printed.

What the print can and can't do

Golf balls take a 22 mm circular imprint, full color.
We don't print white or fluorescent ink. Anywhere your artwork is white, the ball's own white shows through. Your proof reflects this.
Screens are backlit and printers aren't, so printed color won't match your monitor exactly. We get as close as the process allows.
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG and WEBP. If you have a PDF, AI or EPS file, call us and we'll place it for you.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown per dozen. A printing and setup fee is added per dozen at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order. We can refuse or cancel any order; if we do, you get a full refund.

Trademarks

Titleist and TaylorMade are trademarks of their respective owners. Straight Mayhem is an independent custom printing company and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those brands. We print on genuine, factory-new balls purchased through authorized channels.

Limits

We stand behind our printing, and our Refund policy says exactly how we make things right. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — a missed tournament date, for example. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
